Is Auratsu a good brand?

Auratsu is a fairly new brand (2019) of the Polish Klima-Therm group, which also makes Kaisai. It suits cases where price comes first; for primary heating or a very quiet bedroom, compare with the Japanese brands too.

What is the difference between Osaka and Tokyo?

Osaka is the newer series (2025) with built-in Wi-Fi. Tokyo is the other wall series in the same 9,000–24,000 BTU range. Each model's data and price are on its page.
